Purex Deal at Kroger

I just went to Kroger and got 2 bottles of Purex detergent. They were on sale for $2.49 and part of the "Buy 10, Save $3.00" deal which made them $2.19. There was coupons in the paper for them for 35 cents off which doubles which made them $1.49. The best part was:

THERE IS A CATALINA* DEAL GOING!!!!

If you bought 2, you got a $4.00 Catalina. If you bought 3 or more, you got a $5.00 Catalina.

*Catalina = a coupon that prints out of a special machine at the register

Kroger Mega Deals 2nd Trip

I got all of this for $56.42. It would have cost $164.38. I saved 66%. :)

2 Parmesan cheeses - $4.99 each, on sale for $3.49 each, used 2 $1.00q, not part of Mega Deal - $4.98 for both (I needed these and they were on sale and I had a coupon)

2 2lb Velveeta blocks - $4.64 each, on sale for $4.29 each, used 2 $1.00q, 50c off each (Mega Deal) - $5.58 for both

1 Toaster strudels - $2.69, on sale for $1.99, used $1.00q, 50c off (Mega Deal) - 49c

1 Cookie dough - $2.19, not on sale, used $1.00q, 50c off (Mega Deal) - 69c

4 Snyder's pretzels - $2.99 each, on sale for $2.49 each, used 2 $1.00/2q (50c off each), 50c off each (Mega Deal) - $5.96 for all

Anyone with a Kroger Rewards card can get these Mega deals just by buying 10 items. You save $5.00 for each 10 items (ie buy 20, save $10). A lot of the coupons were from recent papers or the Internet.
