Chicken Stuffing Pie

Chicken Stuffing Pie

1 box stuffing mix
1 lb cooked chicken
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 cups boiling water
1 cup uncooked rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and drain rice and line pan.

Mix soup and water and stir into rice.

Lay chicken on top and season.

Spread stuffing over.

Bake for 30 minutes.

  1. Another great thing about this meal is that we eat 1/2 of it the first night and 1/2 of it the second night, so I get a break. Plus, this meal costs me $4.00 for the entire casserole dish.
