Ingredients:
1 box stuffing mix
1 lb cooked chicken
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 cups boiling water
1 cup uncooked rice

Wash and drain rice and line pan.

Mix soup and water and stir into rice.

Another great thing about this meal is that we eat 1/2 of it the first night and 1/2 of it the second night, so I get a break. Plus, this meal costs me $4.00 for the entire casserole dish.
