Chicken and Peppers Pasta

Chicken and Peppers Pasta

2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1 lb chicken, diced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 onion, slices
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken.
Cook and stir 2 minutes.

Add peppers and onions.
Cook and stir 6-8 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.

Cook pasta as directed on package.
Drain pasta.

Add chicken and veggies.

Add sauce.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Let stand 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
