1 lb chicken tenders
4 egg whites
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 bag mozzarella cheese
Fill a pot with water and put on high heat.
Put egg whites in a bowl and beat.
Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on a plate.
Dip chicken tender in egg whites.
Dip chicken in bread crumbs.
Press bread crumbs into chicken.
When the water boils, add the pasta and cook according to directions on box.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook chicken for four minutes (or until a little crispy on one side).
Flip and cook 4 more minutes (or until crispy on the other side).
When the pasta is done, drain it and put it in casserole dish (spray the dish with cooking spray first).
