I am excited to try this. I tried making meatloaf a while back but it didn't turn out so well. I actually have all the ingredients I need to make it here. My aunt just sent me some onion soup mix!! :) Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI had so many failed meatloaves until I found this recipe. I use rolled oats. I like putting it in a muffin pan because it cooks faster than a loaf. You can prep them in the muffin pan, freeze the pan for a bit, and pop the individual ones in a freezer bag and you have a quick dinner another night. :) I can't wait to hear how it turns out.
ReplyDeleteWell, it was definitely better than the last time. I thought they tasted good, Rick wasn't so sure. They were a little mushy and watery. Any suggestions???
ReplyDeleteDid you use oats or bread crumbs? Also, sometimes you can add too much ketchup. I like to eyeball it as I am making it. If they are too wet, add more bread crumbs or rolled oats. Good luck next time. :)
